Micro-hole Polyester Surface Mat:
TianMing WH40 WS35 PS35 series is a synthetic veil, based on100% polyester fibres. The fibres are hydroentangled (High pressure jets of water-no chemicals added). WH40, WS35 PS35 are designed to generate a high-quality surface during production of FRP components.
It is highly suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes. wildly used in tanks, facade panels and wind blades. Using WH40, WS35 PS35 will give FRP components a resin-rich surface that aids to resist corrosion and UV degradation. It further more provides a smooth and crackand raze-resistant finish, reducing the reinforcement print-through and increasing the general weathering resistance.
Customized for multiple needs:
WH. PH product has undergone a special process to make the fabric quite wide, making it easier to operate and reducing wrinkles during use.
WS product is softer, more permeable, and easier to adhere to the surface of the product.

Packaging & label:
Each roll is wrapped around a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76 millimeters (3 inches) or 102 mm ( 4 inches ) , completely wrapped in stretched film packaging. placed vertically or horizontally on each pallet, and wrapped in stretched film packaging. in order to achieve 100% traceability, the information is printed on the packaging film. Each roll has a label that provides a detailed description of the product specifications, product code, nominal weight, roll width, roll number and manufacturing date. Each pallet is identified by a pallet label including the date and the pallet weight.
Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moistureproof area. Room temperature and humidity should always be maintained at 15°C – 35°C, 35% – 65% respectively. Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use.
